Paypal and major credit cards (through Paypal Express or Shopify Payment) are acceptable. If these are not something you do, we also accept Direct Fund Transfer within Australia.
SHIPPING CHARGES & METHODS
We ship both domestically and internationally.
Domestic (within Australia): we ship via Australia Post. Some larger and more bulky order may require an adjustment to shipping rate. If this is the case, we will contact you regarding any additional charge which may incur prior to processing your order. You will get an opportunity to review your purchase prior to finalising the order or making any payment.
International: Shipping charges depend on your order size and where you are in this incredible world. International order, except US, Canada, UK & NZ, please email us for shipping rate. We will send you a final quote prior to processing your order.
International delivery may be subject to local Customs levies. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Additional charges must be borne by the purchaser
Please also note that once the package has been shipped and with Australia Post or the mail services within your countries, we are unable to control over the items. We would highly recommend you select a registered post or tracking option at check out.
When do we ship?
Ready-to-ship yarn will be sent out to you as soon as the payment is fulfilled. We will send out notification when your order is shipped and on its way to you.
Special and Dyed-To-Order items will generally take about two weeks, depending on the yarn bases in stock. If we have to order the yarn in, they can take around one to two weeks to get to our studio, then it will will take us about a week to dye and package up your order. We will ship them out to you as soon as they are ready. We will keep you posted on the progress of your order throughout the process!
